Is your Website Secure?

Wholesale-Linens.com is proud to offer a fully secure shopping experience for you. All of our Order Form pages are served through a secure https connection using 128-bit SSL v2/v3 encription. That means all of your credit card information is encripted when it is sent through the system. Rest assured that we are using the latest website security technology to protect your private information.


I can't remember my User Name and Password. Can you help?

We usually set up your user name and password using the E-Mail address you provided with your registration. It must be entered in all lower case with no spacing. So, your user name should be your full e-mail address and your password should also be your full e-mail address.

What is your shipping policy?

We normally ship the next business day from when you place your order. If you need a same day shipping rush, please call us at 800-881-8144. We carry a large inventory of all items and it is rare for us to be out of stock. If something you have ordered is out of stock and will take more than 2 days to ship, we will contact you and advise you of the expected ship date.

What is your backorder policy?

In the rare event an item you have ordered will be out of stock for longer than three days, we will ship all other items on your order and backorder the out-of-stock item. Backorders are filled as soon as our stock arrives. Your credit card is not charged for any item until it ships from our warehouse and we do not charge you shipping costs on backorder fulfillment.


What are your Shipping Rates?

All items are shipped by either UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are based on shipping within the continental United States. Rates are based on the non-taxable amount and are as follows:

Rates for UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air:

Add $12.00 to the above applicable rate for your order to upgrade shipping to UPS 3 Day Select.
Add $19.00 to the above applicable rate to upgrade shipping to UPS 2nd Day Air.
Add $35.00 to the above applicable rate to upgrade shipping to UPS Next Day Air.
Special Note: If the actual charges for a rush 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air shipment exceeds these stated charges, you will be charged the actual shipping charge. We will make an attempt to contact you prior to shipping to confirm your request and advise of the actual charges.
Note: If you need a rush shipment processed the same day you order, please call us at 800-881-8144 by 3pm Eastern Time and we will do our best to accomodae you. We normally ship the next business day for in-stock items. You will be notified by e-mail if the item is not available to ship within 1-2 days. When calculating the delivery time via UPS, please keep in mind that UPS counts only business days and does not count the day of pick up when determining their delivery schedule. So a 3 day select request placed on Friday will not be picked up until Monday and will be delivered on Thursday!

Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii

Add $10.50 to the above applicable rate for your order if shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. No Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.


International Shipping

We currently do not accept international orders online.

What is your refund policy?


We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with any purchase for any reason, we will take the item(s) back within 30 days. We will refund the price of the item(s) and the sales taxes, if any. You must e-mail (info@wholesale-linens.com ) or call (1-800-881-8144) us for a Return Authorization number before returning the item(s). Returns received without a Return Authorization number or after 30 days will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee. Refunds will not be issued on returns received after 60 days from the date of purchase. Once you have obtained an R.A. number, please send a copy of the sales receipt with the R.A. number to:

We do not refund shipping charges. But if you are returning items because we made a mistake in shipping your order or if the item is defective, we will refund shipping charges as well. When we receive the item, we will credit your credit card account and mail you a copy of the Credit Memo for your records.

Embroider This! is our full retail store and does not sell wholesale. Only items appearing on Wholesale Linens & Embroidery Supplies are currently available for wholesale pricing.


Can you embroider on these items for me?

No, we do not offer embroidery services. If you are looking for a someone to embroider on an item for you we suggest you try your local yellow pages under "embroidery" or contact your local sewing store for a list of professional embroiderers. You may also contact the National Network of Embroidery Professionals at www.nnep.net for a referral to a professional embroidery service in your area.


How do I access Wholesale Pricing?

We offer wholesale pricing to businesses with a valid Sales Tax Certificate, Resale Certificate, and/or business license. Click this link to REGISTER online.
Don't forget to fax a copy of your sales tax certificate to us at 508-861-0546 to complete the registration. Upon receipt of your business registration form and sales tax certificate we will set up a User Name and Password for you. This information will be e-mailed to you so please be certain to provide us with your e-mail address. Once you receive you User Name and Password you will be able to Login on the webisite to view wholesale pricing.



May I place an order by Phone rather than on the website?

Yes! Just make a list from the website of the items you wish to order including the item name, item number and quantity then give us a call toll free Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm EST at 800-881-8144. Our friendly staff will be happy to take your order over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Can I pay by check or money order rather than by credit card?

Yes! If you wish you may pay by check or money order payable to Wholesale Linens and Embroidery Supplies. Please mail your order request including the item name, item number and quantity along with your check to:

Your order will be shipped as soon as your check clears. Please allow up to a week for your request to arrive by mail and up to 7 business days for checks or money orders to clear.
A $25.00 fee will be assess for all checks returned unpaid

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you are ordering at retail prices, Massachusetts residents must pay 6.25% sales tax. Residents of other states are not charged sales tax. If you wish to order at wholesale prices, you will not be charged sales tax if you have provided us with a valid State Sales Tax Certificate and have Registered for access to our wholesale site.


Do you offer terms?

We do not offer terms. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for payment. We do not charge your credit card until the items have left our warehouse.
